Admission/Regulatory Body/Code of Professional Conduct

All lawyers working at Baumgartner Baumann Rechtsanwälte PartmbB are admitted to the bar in the Federal Republic of Germany and members of the bar association for the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich (Tal 33, 80331 Munich). Applicable professional regulations include inter alia the German Federal Lawyers' Code (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, BRAO), the Rules of Professional Practice of Lawyers (Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte, BORA), the German Act on Lawyers' Fees (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG), the Code of Conduct for European Lawyers (Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Union, CCBE) and the Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschebekämpfungsgesetz, GwG). These regulations can be found on the website of the Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer at www.brak.de under "Für Anwälte – Berufsrecht".
