Samuel Cross

Samuel Cross is a Legal Consultant, supporting BAUMGARTNER BAUMANN with the resolution of all manner of questions in the fields of IT and data protection law and e-commerce law. After studying law at the University of Oxford, he has accrued many years of experience in the IT and data protection law practices of two leading international law firms prior to joining BAUMGARTNER BAUMANN. Samuel Cross is specialised in software licensing, IP law, competition law and, above all, data protection law. He is currently preparing for the Bavarian state examinations in law.
